Neem Oil
Neem oil is extracted from the seeds of the neem tree. The oil tastes bitter and smells similar to garlic. Neem oil extract is commonly used as an organic pesticide. It is proven effective in killing insects like spider mites, aphids, leafhoppers, and flies. It is also known to be effective against fungal diseases. Aside from its killing properties, it is also considered a powerful medicinal oil.
Recent studies have shown that neem oil exhibits high levels of antioxidants and anti-fungal and antiviral properties. It is now added to different hair products to maintain and stimulate hair growth, lessen hair fall, and eliminate dandruff. It is also used in several beauty products to make the skin look younger and more radiant and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. In a recent conference, experts discussed the effectiveness of neem oil in eliminating genital warts.
One way to use neem oil to treat genital warts is by directly applying undiluted neem oil. A patient can independently (with the help of a trusted person) dab neem oil using a clean cloth or cotton swab on the areas with genital warts. Let the oil stay for 20 to 25 minutes before washing it off with warm and clean water.
