12 Home Remedies For Burning Feet: How To Get Rid Of It

Ginger

Like many other herbal plants, ginger also contains many health benefits. It has anti-inflammatory contents that help relieve swollen and burning feet. It helps removes toxins and other dangerous substances in the body and boosts the immune system. In addition, ginger is used to alleviate other health conditions like common colds, flu, bronchitis, skin irritations, lung infections, and many more. It may be applied externally and taken orally.

To take orally, the following mixtures may be prepared. Finely chop or grate a piece of ginger and add to a cup of hot water. Stir until its properties dissolve into the water, and drink it as often as necessary or as tea. Cutting pieces of ginger and adding them to other food intakes will do. For example, get fresh ginger (sliced first into desirable amounts) and eat it with salads and vegetables.

For external use, prepare a teaspoon of ginger juice and mix it with a tablespoon of olive oil. Apply to the affected areas in the foot and massage it for 10 to 15 minutes. Do this regularly until the inflammation subsides.
