The body has specific parts to help deal with the trauma and effects of constant movement. It’s often considered a problematic, painful condition as these sacs are supposed to be the ones to cushion the blow. While bursitis is painful and frustrating, the treatment of bursitis is relatively simple. All you have to do is rest the affected area, and the inflammation should go away on its own. If you want to help speed the process, a cold compress can ease the symptoms and make it easier to move around, though you should be resting painful ankles as much as possible.
