Edema

When a person suffers from edema, they experience swelling caused by excess fluids trapped within the tissues. Edemas are commonly seen in the hands, feet, arms, legs, and ankles. In addition, incorporating lean meat, olive oil, sea vegetables, whole grains, kale, and spinach are among the dietary changes a person can make to ensure that they can prevent edema.
