Wear Sunscreen
Sunscreen should be worn every day – regardless if it is a sunny, windy, or rainy day. The skin needs protection from too much exposure to UV rays which can cause skin cancer, discoloration, and premature aging. Applying sunscreen can also help reduce dark circles and puffiness of the area underneath the eyes.
Experts suggest using sunscreen, especially for those working in the field, like engineers and farmers. People planning to spend a day on the beach should also apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and water-resistant. Sunscreen should be applied and reapplied as indicated in the instructions or as necessary.
Too much exposure to the sun can also be avoided by wearing protective clothing and sitting or walking under a shade. Tanning beds are also not recommended.
