However, cabbage is a part of FODMAP foods. It causes a buildup of gas, which in turn can make diverticulitis work. For those who don’t have the condition, the buildup is usually what causes the growths to appear in the first place, which does not cause any symptoms at the beginning.

It’s not easy to diagnose someone of diverticulosis, which is the presence of the growths.
