Pale or Yellowish Skin

Another condition that causes pale or yellowish skin is jaundice, which occurs when the liver doesn’t remove bilirubin from your blood properly. Jaundice isn’t typically a serious condition; a viral infection or gallstones often cause it. In more serious cases, jaundice occurs when large masses block the bile ducts or when you have small intestine or pancreatic cancer.
