Insect bites
Insects can be found everywhere—outside on the streets, under trees and flowers, in enclosed spaces, and even inside parts of the house. They may be taken out temporarily, but they can never be eliminated. Some of the most common insects that can be found near or inside homes are ants, mosquitoes, wasps, flies, spiders, and cockroaches. One of the troubles of having insects inside the comfort of the houses is their sting and bite on the body’s outer skin, which could result in injuries, bruises, wounds, or swelling on the directly bitten area. Most of the time, they are harmless when left untouched, but some insects accidentally bite people because of their immediate response to possible danger.
A feeling of discomfort, stinging pain, and itch is usually felt when bitten by these insects. During the nighttime, some insects touch the lips or corners of the mouth. In the morning, the lips may be swollen already, and it has grown bigger than their normal plump size. Therefore, it is best not to touch it directly and scratch it; rather, treat it with a cold compress or ask for natural remedies that can help subside the swelling.
