Apart from promoting oxygen and blood flow to the brain and stimulating the generation of hormones responsible for enhancing the organ’s cell growth, it also shields the brain from chronic diseases, reducing the likelihood of an individual to develop neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
