Anxiety is one of the body’s natural stress responses. It describes feelings of apprehension or fear, usually about what is to come. Medications and therapy exist to resolve anxiety disorder. However, there are lifestyle habits you can do by yourself to minimize its symptoms, such as getting adequate sleep, exercising regularly, and eating well. Potassium-rich foods like pumpkin seeds can also reduce its symptoms significantly.
