Loss of Energy
You may feel tired, weak, and lethargic due to magnesium deficiency. They may not have the energy to do simple things like go for a walk or clean their house. If they suffer from a magnesium deficiency, they may wake up groggy and get less sleep than usual.
Magnesium is essential for energy production; it helps convert carbohydrates into glucose that fuels our organs and muscles. When magnesium levels are low, ATP stores decrease as well, which leaves anyone feeling tired even when we’ve had enough sleep—or, more accurately, when we haven’t had enough sleep because of being too exhausted.
In other words, If a person is experiencing a lack of energy and fatigue regularly despite getting adequate rest at night (or during the day), then improving their diet could be one way to combat these symptoms. With this, they don’t keep interfering with how productive they can be each day.
