Hazy Vision
Hazy vision is a common symptom of macular degeneration. If you notice that things are blurry and the world around you looks like it’s covered in fog, it could be due to cataracts or glaucoma. But in some cases, haze can also indicate the presence of macular degeneration.
One study found that more than half of people with age-related macular degeneration reported blurred vision as a symptom at least half the time they experienced vision loss. In addition, nearly all patients with another condition, such as diabetes or cataracts, reported having hazy vision during their illness or treatment process.
