Headache
Headaches are one of the most common symptoms of lung infection. While it’s normal to have headaches from time to time, they can also be a sign of other health problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. In addition, headaches can be caused by various factors, including stress, fatigue, and low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia).
The severity and cause of the headache will determine what kind of treatment a person needs. For example, over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (Advil) or acetaminophen (Tylenol) may help relieve mild headaches but won’t help with more severe ones that may require a prescription medication from a doctor.
