Reducing stress is easier said than done, but it’s crucial to do everything within a person’s capacity to lower your stress levels. Exercise, meditation, and yoga are all great ways to reduce stress. Sleeping between seven and eight hours may alleviate abdominal pain and other unwanted symptoms.
