Warm Bath

However, it’s crucial to keep bath time brief because prolonged soaks can strip the body of its natural oils. It can alter the skin’s natural moisture balance, depriving it of the proteins, lipids, and natural oils that make skin healthy. Hot baths and showers can also irritate the skin, resulting in redness, itchiness, and even peeling resembling sunburn.
A warm bath should generally only last for 15 to 30 minutes. Prolonged exposure results in extremely dry skin, which irritates, hurts, and encourages the growth of bacteria, all of which pose serious health concerns.
