Ozonized Oils
Ozonized oils are made from the infusion of ozone and essential oils. It is created by bubbling ozone, which is created from medical-grade oxygen and ozone, through essential oils for a long period. This process requires a high-pressure diffuser that can dissolve the gas ozone into essential oils. It dissolves carbon dioxide in water to make carbonated fluids. The oils that are commonly used are sunflower and olive oils.
All forms of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeast, molds, and fungi, are affected by the toxins produced by the ozone. Thus, applying ozonized oil to a toenail fungus is effective and can eliminate the disease easily. In addition, through the potency of this type of oil, the treatment period of the toenail fungus is shorter compared to other medicines and cures.
A study was conducted to test the effectiveness of ozonized oils against prescription antifungal cream. The result of the study showed that ozonized oils are more effective than their prescription counterpart.
To cure toenail fungus with ozonized oil, apply the oil in the infected area twice daily. Consistent use of this type of oil for two months will show better results.
