Clove oil
Clove oil is important for oral health, especially in inflamed gums. It has been used to relieve dental discomfort for generations. Because of the compounds in the oil, dabbing a small amount of it on the gums may aid with pain and inflammation. Additionally, clove oil can limit germs’ growth and help the gums’ discomfort.
Clove oil has anti-inflammatory properties that help lessen the infection in the gums, like bleeding, inflammation, and gum discomfort. Moreover, it has traditionally been used to relieve swelling by rubbing it directly into the gums.
Dilute the clove oil before using it to avoid discomfort in the mouth. Use a cotton ball to prevent any disinfection and put it on the affected area of the gums to feel immediate relief. After it has been applied to the gums, mild warming should be noticed, and within five to ten minutes, the numbing effect is generally complete. Reapply the clove oil every two to three hours daily until the swelling stops.
