Egg Whites
Egg whites can be a natural remedy for some looking for practical solutions to noticeable stretch marks. This is because the proteins and amino acids found in egg whites can heal the skin, giving it a smooth, youthful appearance. The protein in egg whites aids in cell regeneration, which allows for the quick repair of damaged skin. Additionally, with vitamin A contributing to skin elasticity, egg whites’ collagen helps to heal skin and remove stretch marks.
To prepare, remove the whites of two eggs; the yolk can be discarded or utilized in other ways. With a fork, whisk the egg whites. Over stretch marks, directly apply a thick layer of egg whites. Use a sterile pastry brush to apply egg whites equally to the skin. After letting the egg whites thoroughly dry, give it a cold-water rinse. Use a gentle cloth to pat the area dry, and apply a light coating of olive oil if necessary. Massaging the area after applying egg whites supports increased blood flow and accelerates healing. Rehydration also helps in the process of stretch mark elimination. The process can be performed two to three times daily. Expect stretch mark fading in a few weeks.
