Keep Your Legs Elevated
A study published by the British Journal of Dermatology (BJD) found that elevation was an effective treatment for spider veins in the legs. Elevation has been used in hospitals for years to treat varicose veins, and it has been shown to improve blood flow and circulation. Another study looked at how increasing blood flow could reduce the appearance of spider veins.
The easiest way to elevate your legs is to lie down on your back, and raise your legs straight up in the air for about 15 minutes daily. You can do this all at once or split it into smaller sessions throughout the day.
