Purified Bee Venom
Bee venom is extracted from the stingers of honey bees. You can accomplish this by crushing the stinger of a live bee and collecting a live bee’s stinger and managing the venom that drips out. Then, the stinger is removed, leaving only the venom gland. Purified bee venom is an alternative medicine to treat different skin infections, including psoriasis, eczema, warts, and acne.
According to a study published in the Journal of Dermatological Treatment, “Bee venom has been found to have potent antiseptic effects against a variety of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, and viruses.” Bee venom also contains protein enzymes that are highly effective in killing bacteria that cause some types of skin infections. However, it is important to note that people should not be allergic to bee stings before using purified bee venom for skin treatment, to avoid allergic reactions.
There are many ways to use bee venom for skin infection treatment. You can rub it on your face or body using a cloth or cotton ball until it dries off completely. You can also use it with a cream base.
