Black Tea Bags
The leaves of Camellia sinensis are used to make black tea. It contains caffeine in addition to other stimulants and antioxidants. The tannic acid in black tea has astringent qualities and is an excellent treatment for irritated hemorrhoids. Moreover, catechins, theaflavins, thearubigins, and other polyphenols are the primary antioxidant sources in black tea.
Polyphenols may help maintain a healthy gut by promoting the growth of helpful bacteria and inhibiting the growth of dangerous bacteria. Theaflavin, a polyphenol in black tea, is crucial for reducing inflammation and promoting overall health. In addition, black tea includes antibacterial properties that remove infections and improve gut flora and immunity by mending the digestive tract lining.
