Gently Stretch Your Feet

There are different and creative ways to stretch the heels and feet. One trick is often used by patients who work in offices and sits down most of the time. They put a golf ball or glass bottle on the floor and roll it using their feet, which can be done while sitting or standing. This is easy and requires little effort to stretch the muscles of the feet. Some people use towels or fabrics in their stretches routines. One way is by placing the middle part of a towel at the base of a stretched-out foot and then pulling the ends with force. Hold the position for 30 to 60 seconds and then repeat the process on the other foot.
