Increased Water Intake
Drinking a lot of water can be a big help in keeping the skin as healthy as possible. Dark circles are another sign of unhealthy skin so proper hydration can help. More water in the skin can make it look younger and reduce the darkness under it. While the common belief is drinking eight cups of water is enough, the more intelligent choice depends on a person’s size and activity level. A minimum of nine is a good choice. It should be spaced out throughout the day so no one experiences thirst. A good idea would be to drink water at least once an hour.
More water in the body prevents skin from getting thin and sallow. It also hydrates previously dry skin. That can be a good thing since it will erase many of the unhealthy skin conditions a person suffers from. Normalizing water consumption will slowly affect a person’s looks and health. Besides actually drinking water, eating water-rich fruits can also help.
