Food Rich in Vitamin B

Burning feet causes many ailments, including nerve damage or nerve pain and Vitamin B deficiency. So it is because Vitamin B is essential to keep the nervous system healthy and in good condition, and the nervous system is responsible for the function of all the nerves in the body. Thus, if the feet feel stinging sensations and burning pains, it may be due to insufficient Vitamin B intake.

There are eight components of the B vitamin group – Vitamins B1, 2,3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12, known respectively as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, folic acid, and cobalamin.

Vitamin B (B12, B6, and B9) may be found in food such as cereals, pork meat, eggs, potatoes, fish, and other animal products. Broccoli, lettuce, and spinach are green leafy vegetables with high folic acid (B9). Consume food rich in this vitamin to improve the function of the nerves and avoid other health complications.

However, too much consumption of Vitamin B may also lead to other health risks like vitamin toxicity which is manifested through diarrhea, constipation, rashes, nausea, and other nerve-related problems. Therefore, make sure to balance the amount of Vitamin B taken into the body.
