Self-Healthcare
Diseases and medical conditions are either genetically acquired or developed through human contact, the environment, and other factors. Sometimes, diseases develop inside the body because of improper healthcare, hygiene, and lifestyle. Therefore, to protect the complete well-being and avoid burning feet, follow and adapt to this lifestyle:
Avoid wearing tight and uncomfortable shoes. Find the right size for you.
Do not wear any shoes or footwear that is not yours. You might be infected with the fungus and bad smell, and it would lead to having an athlete’s foot.
Wash your feet and dry them properly.
Give your feet time to relax and rest from all-day activities.
Gently massage your feet at night after work. Apply ointments and creams that can help relieve pains and reduce the swelling of the feet.
Have enough Vitamin B in the body. Eat fruits and vegetables containing the B group.
Regular exercise and a balanced diet keep the nerves in good condition.
Drink plenty of liquids like water or tea. Make a tea out of ginger, turmeric, garlic, and black cumin extracts. They are anti-inflammatory by nature.
If burning feet persist even after home treatment, try consulting the doctor.
