Anemia
Anemia is a condition with a reduction in the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood. It can be caused by many factors, including chronic illness and lifestyle choices like smoking. Symptoms include fatigue, weakness, and exhaustion that make it difficult to get up during the day or perform daily tasks like cooking meals or cleaning a home.
Gluten intolerance is related to anemia in that it can cause the body to produce fewer red blood cells. Therefore, if a person suffers from gluten intolerance, they may need to change their diet to eliminate this condition.
