Hot Dogs
Hot dogs are notorious for being unhealthy overall, and just about everyone knows how it’s prepared. The meat that makes up hot dogs are the ones that people usually discard. However, despite this knowledge most people are still happy to have hot dogs now and again.
To say that hotdogs are unhealthy is an understatement. These particular types of foods are linked to diabetes and even cancer — alongside a host of other potential issues. That said, it’s a good idea to get into specifics when it comes to figuring out the unhealthiest foods on your diet. Should hot dogs be avoided? For the most part, yes. However, it doesn’t mean that it’s the unhealthiest food on this list.
Moderation is your best friend, and it’s a good idea to consider such foods as hot dogs to be within the realm of snack/junk foods. Anything in that category is best avoided and only eaten during celebrations. Diabetes has a tendency to get worse over time, but it’s not something that will outright punish you for not eating well enough one or two times.
