Anemia
Anemia is a disorder that occurs when the body lacks red blood cells. Without sufficient red blood cells, the body cannot transport sufficient oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body and cannot aid in eliminating waste. Anemia can also occur when there is a deficiency of the mineral iron in the body. This deficiency is created by consuming foods lacking iron, which prevents the body from producing enough red blood cells to transport oxygen and results in tiredness.
People who are anemic, also known as having low hemoglobin, might experience the following symptoms due to the condition: first, headaches due to insufficient blood distribution to the brain, which adds pressure that causes headaches; second, difficulty in breathing results from a deficiency of oxygen in the blood, which causes the heart to beat unnaturally and an absence of iron supplementation; and last, great exhaustion since severe anemia can make them weaker and more exhausted, to the point where they can’t even complete a straightforward activity.
