Mineral Deficiency
Deficiency can cause fatigue in a variety of ways. Moreover, it is another cause of tiredness, and it can take the form of a shortage of either minerals (such as zinc, potassium, iron, calcium, and magnesium) or vitamins (such as vitamins A, B12, D, E, and K). Minerals and vitamins are essential components that must be present in enough amounts for the body to operate well and prevent a variety of health issues, including weariness and a great number of disorders
Minerals play an important role in maintaining and supporting the proper function of blood vessels, nerves, and muscles. It helps to prevent cramping in the muscles, which can be caused by a lack of adequate blood supply and mineral depletion; numbness, which can be caused by compression of nerves; and tingling in the fingers, which leads to nerve damage. One of the reasons why some people have mineral deficiencies is that they do not consume enough food or supplements that contain the necessary minerals.
