The first 15 minutes of a workout are crucial for the body, as it uses the sugar in the muscles and bloodstream to provide strength. However, blood sugar level drops once it’s depleted. Sugar is one of the essential components for the brain to work properly. When starved of sugar, the body starts to feel dizzy, weak, and faint.
