Poor Muscle Tone
Cellulite mostly becomes a source of concern when they are visible. If it is not easily perceivable visually, it is unlikely for anyone to bother inquiring whether or not they have cellulite in their abdomen, hips, legs, thighs, butt, or arms.
Cellulite becomes visible because of fat that pushes through layers of collagen and connective tissues under the skin. Some may think that a viable solution to this fat protrusion is to remove the fat through procedures like liposuction. This is not advisable in most cases, though. The removal of fat will not simultaneously eliminate the unsightly bumps. It may even lead to skin sagging, which is arguably more unpleasant.
The best solution is to get rid of the fat naturally, especially through exercise or physical activity. It can be a long and tedious process, but it results in both fat elimination and improved muscle tone, which effectively prevents underlying fat from protruding through the collagen and connective tissues.
It is impossible to get rid of fat in the body completely. This is the reason why some lean people also have cellulite. However, it is unlikely to have visible cellulite with better muscle tone.
