Extreme Fatigue
When people work more than the intended hours per week, innumerable force is exerted to finish each task daily at home or work. Some people focus so much on their tasks that it would be hard for them to remember to take a short break and relax the mind and body. Some also intentionally work to get their minds off things they find troubling. It is a fact that even though the body can endure labor and sustain strength for several hours, it still needs to rest and regain the lost energy. Apart from the strenuous activities that tire the body, extreme fatigue may also be caused by other medical conditions occurring in the body. One example is calcium deficiency. When people lack enough calcium, they tend to feel extremely tired and sluggish. The muscle fibers are essential for performing work and need calcium to function well. Along with insomnia and hypersomnia, an extreme sense of fatigue is one of the symptoms of a lack of calcium.
