Stomach cancer tumors are found in the main body of the stomach or near the junction of the stomach and esophagus. The location is crucial since it can significantly affect the treatment plan for the tumor. It is a good sign if the cancer is caught early since immediate treatment allows for increased chances of survival. On the other hand, coffee ground vomitus is a bad sign since that can mean that the cancer is in its advanced stage.
