Headaches, Dizziness, Fainting, and Back Pain
Pregnancy is something that many women want. However, the journey to childbirth has various symptoms, feelings of being unwell and physical discomfort. For example, at the early stages of pregnancy, many women complain of experiencing back pain and mild headaches. Headaches are usually part of the feelings of dizziness and lightheadedness. The condition is due to increased production of blood and hormonal changes. Back pain is due to the strain placed on the person’s pelvis and lower back as the body slowly prepares for labor.
The feeling is exacerbated by stress and fatigue. For most people, drinking coffee or tea alleviates nausea and dizziness, but too much caffeine can trigger headaches in pregnant women. If the person develops a sinus headache, applying warm compresses to the temples, middle of the forehead, and on the sides of the nose helps. If it is a tension headache, the person can apply cold compresses to their napes. It is better to discuss with the doctor if a person wants to take pain relievers.
On the other hand, dizziness might be due to changes in circulation, hunger, dehydration, fatigue, and stress. Maintaining a healthy diet is vital to keep the blood sugar level constant.
